How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items typically arrive within 5–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, or TNT. Custom and semi-custom orders take 30–60 business days depending on design complexity, plus shipping time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders over $500 USD. For orders under $500, a flat rate of $90 USD applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For bank transfers, we also support payments through Paysera.
Can I return my order?
Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Semi-custom and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I place a custom order?
You can start a custom order through our Custom Couture or Custom Bridal pages, or contact us directly via email at info@bliniofficial.com or by phone. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipping.
What is the cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours receive a full refund. After 24–72 hours, a 50% refund is available. Between 72–120 hours, a 30% refund applies. After 120 hours, no refund is available as production may have already begun.
How do custom measurements work?
When ordering a custom piece, you can provide your measurements directly on the product page. Our team will contact you to confirm all details before production begins. We recommend professional measurement for the best fit.
Are custom orders exactly like the photos?
Our atelier achieves 90–97% replication accuracy on custom designs. Minor variations are inherent to handmade work and are part of what makes each piece unique. We will communicate any significant differences before proceeding.
Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges applicable in their country. EU customers may benefit from the SAA agreement exemptions for goods manufactured.
How do I care for my BLINI piece?
We recommend professional dry cleaning for all our garments to preserve their quality and craftsmanship. Detailed care instructions are included with each piece.
