Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. BLINI does not warrant that product descriptions or images will match your expectations exactly. As each piece involves handcrafted elements, minor variations are inherent and part of the artisanal character of our garments.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. BLINI reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated after production has begun. All purchases are intended for personal use only — commercial resale is not permitted without prior written consent.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-measure orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit to commence production. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and material availability.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the price at the time of order placement, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Posted prices typically exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers via Paysera.

Shipping & Delivery

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. BLINI is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Semi-custom and custom-made items are non-refundable.
