I bought a beautiful dress here, and LiLi was the reason that this sale actually happened 😍 Before coming to the store, I already received very good customer service via WhatsApp with all my questions. LiLi was even nice enough to try on the dress for me and sent me a video of her (looking beautiful) in the dress to show me how it fits on someone built like me (we are about the same size). Once we actually came in the store, she welcomed us with great hospitality and sincerity. She’s attentive but chill, which made me feel at ease and free to shop around without feeling pressured. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was the manager. When we returned the next day to buy the dress, the manager was also there and had this attitude that was very off-putting. This tainted our otherwise very positive experience at Blini. She came to me to tell me how my dress needed to be altered instead of asking me what I want. While LiLi was still helping me put on the dress to discuss the alterations, the manager was already rushing my partner to pay up (in such a way that made my partner wonder if there was anything wrong with the dress that she was desperate to secure payment immediately). I ended up buying the dress as is to have it altered somewhere else later, because I didn’t get the feeling that my wishes would be respected. I’m very happy that LiLi was there with me and made sure the little defects on the dress were fixed before giving it to me. Lili is the star!! If you ever come here, ask for her and you’ll feel comfortable and confident in your dress-shopping experience😍

I was very happy with my engagement dress because it came out looking exactly the way I imagined! I ended up getting 2 dresses in the end because I wanted a short one too. I loved the way they looked on me and what impressed me most was that they were actually very comfortable! I expected there to be some discomfort due to the amount of crystals and beading but I was very happy to find out I was wrong :) The stitching was very high quality and the fabric was sturdy and luxurious. I will definitely order my wedding dress from Blini when the time comes!

OMG...at first we were skeptical but when my dresses came...they were gorgeous, i looked like a million bucks. I would have paid much more in the US. Give them your measurements and watch the magic happen...they will keep in constant communication from the beginning of the process till then end...My dresses were out of this world...I will definitely be ordering again! 20/10

The service was very professional, from the design of the dress to the making of it, they were careful to take into account all my wishes so that the dress was exactly as I wanted it. Despite the short lead time, they were able to make my dress so professionally. When I arrived, the welcome was warm and they had already prepared everything for my fitting. The dress was beautiful, and we were able to make the necessary adjustments on the same day so that I could leave with my dress, as I wasn't staying long in Pristina. I highly recommend Blini for your wedding and even evening dresses. It's been a wonderful experience.
