Product Categories

  • Ready-to-Ship: In-stock items available in standard sizes (S, M, L). These are eligible for returns within 14 days, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Semi-Custom: Items crafted to your specific measurements without design modifications. As these are made to order, they are excluded from withdrawal and return rights.
  • Custom-Made: One-of-a-kind pieces designed from the ground up with you. Custom creations are final sale with no returns or exchanges. Minor variations are inherent to handmade work and are part of what makes each piece unique.

How to Order

Orders can be placed through our website, via phone, or through Instagram.

  • Ready-to-ship items require full payment at checkout.
  • Custom and semi-custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Paysera, Europe's PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. SEPA bank transfers are also supported for European customers.

Production & Quality

Every BLINI piece is handcrafted in our atelier in Los Angeles, CA. Production timelines range from 5 to 60 days depending on the complexity of the design and fabric selection.

All garments undergo thorough quality control before shipment. If you notice any visible defects upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and TNT.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $500 USD at full price.
  • Standard shipping: $90 USD flat rate for orders under $500.
  • Sale items are excluded from free shipping. Any cart that contains one or more discounted (on-sale) items is charged the $90 flat shipping rate regardless of order total. The free-shipping threshold applies only to full-price items.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–14 business days (excluding customs processing).
  • Ready-to-ship items typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
  • Custom orders: 30–60 business days (production + shipping).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

BLINI does not pay customs. All international orders are shipped DAP — Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020), which means import duties and taxes are not included in your order total or shipping fee. As the recipient, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, VAT/GST, brokerage, or clearance fees charged by your country’s authorities before or upon delivery.

  • USA: duties are owed by the importer of record (19 U.S.C. § 1484; 19 CFR § 141.1(b)). Since Executive Order 14324 (2025), the $800 duty-free “de minimis” exemption is suspended — parcels of any value may be assessed duties.
  • UK: import duty and VAT are owed by the declarant/recipient (Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018, s. 6; Value Added Tax Act 1994).
  • Canada: the importer is liable for duties and GST/HST (Customs Act, s. 17; Excise Tax Act, s. 212).
  • Australia: goods over AUD 1,000 are assessed duty and GST at the border, payable by the importer (Customs Act 1901, s. 153; GST Act 1999).
  • EU: the declarant/consignee owes the customs debt and import VAT (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013, Art. 77(3); Directive 2006/112/EC, Art. 201).
  • Gulf states (KSA, UAE, Qatar): standard 5% duty under the GCC Common Customs Law, plus national import VAT where applicable, payable by the consignee.

These charges are set by your local customs authority, vary by country, and are outside our control — we cannot predict or reimburse them. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, shipping costs are non-refundable and any fees charged back to BLINI will be deducted from your refund. Returns & Refunds

  • Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Semi-custom and custom-made items are final sale — no returns or exchanges are available per EU consumer law for bespoke goods.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges for sizing are available for ready-to-ship items — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of order placement: 100% refund.
  • 24–72 hours: 50% refund.
  • 72–120 hours: 30% refund.
  • After 120 hours: no refund available, as production may have already commenced.
