From choosing your dress to the day it arrives, here is how it works, and how to follow every step yourself.

Choose your dress
Pick a piece from our collections, or start a custom design. Any style can be made to your measurements, and our advisors can help you choose.
Confirm the details
Send your measurements, your event date and any changes you would like. Your advisor confirms everything with you before production begins.
Pay securely
Pay at checkout on our website, or by the secure payment link your advisor sends you. Website orders are paid in full. Orders arranged with an advisor follow the payment schedule on the invoice, with any balance due before shipping.
Open your BLINI account
We email you a private link to your account after you pay. Open it, set a password, and your dress is there.
Follow your dress, step by step
See each stage as it finishes. Your order page also shows your estimated delivery date, your payments and your invoices.
Receive your dress
Your tracking number appears on your order page once your dress ships. Made-to-order pieces take 20–30 working days to make, plus delivery; complex custom designs can take longer.

The stages of your dress

Cutting: Your fabric is cut to your measurements.
Sewing: Your dress is sewn in our atelier.
Assembly: The pieces come together into your gown, when your design needs it.
Embroidery: Beading and embroidery, when your design has them.
Quality check: We inspect every detail before it leaves us.
Packing: Your dress is prepared for its journey.
Delivery: Your dress ships, and tracking appears on your order page.

Check your spam folder. You can also go to your account page, enter the email you used to pay and ask for a sign-in link.

Your advisor can check it for you. Please make sure you signed in with the email you used to pay.
